Denied. First, you are Pontifex, Second you provided no thread, third I'm pretty sure you did nothing, and fourth a party of people taking out one pirate wouldn't get a stat increase.

Reason: I have been in the navy for a while [I know I have been inactive but I think the time factor would play a part, and there are alot of pirates who have high ranks and the Navy needs a stronger force to balance the economy

Denied. There are alot of C-rank pirates which are at the same rank of a Lieutenant.

I don't mean to sound uh..rebellious, but don't you agree that the Navy is pretty weak in officers? After Cruentus left I believe the highest rank is Lt.? No one of the Navy can defend there self if they come across one of the pirate captains, not even call for help from more navy men.

If that is so, then Mya will promote maybe one to two of the navy, but NOT by request. They will get their boost by being a better RPer.
